Imogen Coombs
Imie trained as a Pilates Instructor while working as a dancer and quickly discovered the power of the Reformer, deciding to move into the Pilates industry full time.
Using her background in dance, Imie's classes focus on flow between exercises to give you a (hopefully!) seamless full body workout; utilising exercise variations so you can work to your own level and pace.
Alongside Reformer Pilates, Imie holds PT, Pre- and Post-Natal and Pilates Education qualifications.
