Private and semi-private sessions focus on a curated movement program to meet individual goals, needs and requirements.
Ideal for pre- and post-natal, rehabilitating or managing an injury, or to gain a deeper understanding of your body’s movement.
Private Sessions are just you and the Instructor, with Semi-Private Sessions allowing up to to 3 people.

What happens in a Private Session?
It’s up to you! Your Instructor will work with you to understand what you want to achieve from your Pilates classes and take you through a tailored session.
Can I bring a friend?
Semi-Private sessions are available for up to 3 people so if you’d like to bring a friend, make sure to book a semi-private session.
Can I bring my baby/child?
You can bring your baby or child to Private Sessions only. Due to how busy the studio is during group sessions, babies and children aren’t allowed in the studio when group classes are running.
Can I book with a specific Instructor?
We can check with your specified instructor to check their availability. Please note, private sessions are based on Instructor availability which can vary from week to week.
How is a Private Session different to a group class?
A private session is just you and the Instructor, for a personalised, tailored class.
What times are private sessions available?
In Wokingham, Private Sessions can be booked in the afternoon, 7 days a week.
In Reading, Private Sessions can be booked at any time, depending on Instructor availability.
Is a private session suitable for pregnancy?
It is! As long as you’re able to continue exercising during pregnancy, a Private Session is a great way to support your body throughout.
