Welcome to Core Connexion! Our classes are suitable for all ability and experience levels. We offer Reformer and Mat Pilates classes and workshops throughout the year, make sure to keep an eye on the timetable. We encourage you to come at least 2 times per week to maximise the benefits of Pilates. You’ve got this!

I have never done reformer pilates before, do you cater for all abilities?

Yes! Our expert instructors will always give an alternative for those less advanced.

Can I attend Core Connexion while pregnant?

While everyone's different we'd strongly recommend you seek medical advice before exercising while pregnant. Get in touch before booking your first class to discuss and let the instructor know of your pregnancy when you arrive for class.

How long is the class?

All our sessions are 55 minutes long, leaving time to cool down and clean the equipment after use.

How can I book?

All our classes and private sessions can be booked online or in the studio.

If your preferred class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist to try your luck at grabbing a last-minute spot.

What do I need to bring?

Wear comfortable exercise clothing. Grip/Anti-slip socks are required on the reformers. These are available for purchase at the studio. We sell water but you're welcome to bring your own. We will happily refill your bottles at reception.

What happens if I’m late to class?

If you are more than 5 minutes late, the trainer has the right to refuse you entry into the class and you will forfeit your credit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we are not allowed to let you into class on the grounds of Health & Safety and you will forfeit your credit.

Note: Wait-list clients sometimes show up in the hope of getting a late space in class. If you are 10 minutes or more late then we will give your space to any waiting clients.

What happens when I’m injured?

If you're injured, we'd strongly recommend you seek medical advice before exercising.Get in touch before booking your first class to discuss and let the instructor know of your injury when you arrive for class. They'll advise you on whether your injury will affect the class and advise on alternative moves you can do.

What if I need to cancel?

You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class.

If you cancel within 12 hours you will forfeit your class credit.

What is the minimum age requirement in order to participate in your class?

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes.

Unlimited members will be charged a late cancellation fee of £5.
