Jan Dugdale
Jan began her Pilates practice as part of her healing journey after experiencing burn out caused by prolonged stress in the corporate world. Taking early retirement for a happier and healthier life, she decided she wanted to pass on the benefits of Pilates to others.
You’ll leave Jan’s classes feeling stronger, more flexible and balanced in your body and mind.
On top of her Reformer and Mat Pilates qualifications, Jan has studied Classical Reformer, Classical Pilates equipment and Clinical Pilates training through Breathe Education which focused on how Pilates can be used to alleviate pain and rehabilitate injuries.
