Donna Gaughan

Donna started her Pilates with Mat Pilates following 2 herniated discs in her back; she was desperate to avoid surgery by improving her strength and alignment. It worked! She decided to try out Reformer Pilates and became ‘totally addicted!!’

As she’s had such amazing results with her own Pilates practice, Donna loves to pass it on and help anyone else and enable them to experience  that awesome post-class feeling.
