Anna took her first Reformer class after moving back to the UK and it was love at first class.
She loves getting people moving and how the Reformer allows them to work effectively for their own level; seeing them discover the joy of Pilates, and how strong they really are, is amazing.
You can expect a fun and varied class from Anna, integrating movement and breathing to really help you find and use your deep core muscles. But she doesn’t forget about your glutes, back, arms or legs - you’ll get a full body workout.
Anna believes exercise isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about training for life - something that’s at the heart of Core Connexion’s ethos.
