After looking for his next career move after leaving a job in automotive engineering, Adam tried a Reformer Pilates class and saw how it could have a great holistic, rehabilitative impact on people’s health and wellbeing. Using his background in engineering, he maintained Reformer machines in exchange for Pilates teacher training.

His experience extends beyond just Pilates, to gym-based workouts and injury rehabilitation.

Adam loves seeing the incremental changes in clients as they achieve their goals; his classes focus on building muscular strength paired with a handful of stretches to improve overall health.
