Recovery Reformer is ideal for beginners or for those who want a slower paced session focused on mobility, stretching and breathing. Great for beginners, post natal and those returning from injury; not suitable for anyone with an injury that gets worse with movement.

Is this class suitable for beginners?
It is! Just let the Instructor know it’s your first visit at the start of the class and they’ll talk you through the Reformer before the class. Please note, if you have any injuries which get worse with exercise, we recommend you start with a Private Session.
What is this class good for?
Recovery Reformer is a great class to stretch and mobilise your body and de-stress your mind; ideal for active recovery days, or when you just need a slower pace.
What can I expect in this class?
This class has a focus on breathing, mobilisation, flexibility, recovery, and relaxation. Decrease tension, reduce stiffness, and lengthen tight muscles.
I’m pregnant - can I join this class?
If you have been regularly exercising pre-pregnancy and don’t have any conditions which make your pregnancy higher risk, you can join the Recovery Reformer class. The Instructor will give exercise adjustments where possible. You must let the Instructor know at the start of the class to ensure they can give you the most beneficial exercises.
If you have any conditions which make your pregnancy higher risk, or you're new to Pilates, we strongly advise a Private session initially.
I have an injury that gets worse with exercise - can I do this class?
We’d recommend starting with a Private Session to allow one of our Instructors to guide you to the best option for your body.
