Is this class suitable for beginners?
It can be! Dynamic Reformer is suitable for all levels as our Instructors layer exercises to allow you to work to your level. If you’re brand new to Reformer, start with Recovery to get used to the machine.
What is this class good for?
This full body workout targets overall strength, balance, mobility and ease in everyday activities. A great everyday class to support you in your goals - both mental and physical.
What can I expect in this class?
55-minutes targeting your whole body - think lower body, abdominals, upper body and some stretching thrown in at the end for an endorphin boosting workout.
I’m pregnant - can I join this class?
If you have been regularly attending Pilates pre-pregnancy and don’t have any conditions which make your pregnancy higher risk, you can join the Dynamic Reformer class. The Instructor will give exercise adjustments where possible. You must let the Instructor know at the start of the class to ensure they can give you the most beneficial exercises.
If you have any conditions which make your pregnancy higher risk, or you're new to Pilates, we strongly advise a Private session initially.
I have an injury that gets worse with exercise - can I do this class?
We’d recommend starting with a Private Session to allow one of our Instructors to guide you to the best option for your body.
