Pilates regulars will love this class; offering an advanced class to further build strength and mobility through Pilates and functional exercises.
What can I expect in this class?
Build on what you’ve learnt in Dynamic and explore more advanced and traditional Pilates exercises.
I’m pregnant - can I join this class?
As this is an advanced Pilates class, which will include much more abdominal strength work, this class is not suitable for pregnancy and post-natal.
I have an injury that gets worse with exercise - can I do this class?
As this is an advanced Pilates class, we’d recommend starting with a Private Session initially.
