the pilates method
Joseph Pilates developed this holistic exercise system in the early 1900s, drawing inspiration from many different forms of movement including boxing, weight training, yoga, martial arts, and ballet. The Pilates method of exercise offered a chance to improve physical performance and recovery from injury.
Joseph concluded that within any sport discipline, both the mental and physical elements had to be respected – this relationship formed the foundation of Pilates.
Pilates can be performed with or without specialist equipment, and provides a balanced, whole-body exercise programme.

A combination of dynamic and challenging movement; this full-body workout targets overall strength, balance, mobility and ease in everyday activities.
Open to all levels, our instructors will guide you through a dynamic 55 minute session.
RECOVERY
This class has a focus on breathing, mobilisation, flexibility, recovery, and relaxation. Decrease tension, reduce stiffness, and lengthen tight muscles.

dynamic mat
A dynamic flow with a focus on form and strength to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and alignment. We use bodyweight and props for a balanced full-body workout.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private and semi-private sessions focus on a curated movement program, to meet individual goals, needs and requirements. Ideal for pre- and post-natal, rehabilitating or managing an injury.
